A last minute announcement, but several MDC playwrights are participating in Project Playwright Online this weekend. Hosted by MDC founder David Hanson, Project Playwright challenges five writers to write an entire play overnight, which will then be given a full production the next day by acting couples who are quarantined together.
Participating MDC writers include Bryan Colley, Michelle Tyrene Johnson, Lezlie Revelle Zucker, and Vicki Vodrey.
Round one of Project Playwright begins tonight and will be live online every evening at 6:30pm CST through Sunday, April 26.
