Michelle T. Johnson's "The Negro Whisperer" Reading Mar 13

”The Negro Whisperer" is a one-person show about a mythological figure who travels through time and space to give advice to African-Americans. It debuted at NYC's Emerging Artist Theatre's Fall 2013 New Work Series. Unfortunately since it's debut, the commentary on how blacks have to navigate life as an American requires an updated script. Join MDC playwright Michelle T. Johnson in a reading of her updated "The Negro Whisperer."
